Dr. Hannah Pavett, Psy.D. (she/her) ~ Licensed Clinical Psychologist

As a therapist, I offer empathy, intentionality, and curiosity to our work together. My goal is to support individuals in overcoming cycles of constant striving, anxiety, and perfectionism. In our sessions, you will find a warm, genuine, and nonjudgmental space where you can be your authentic self. I will work alongside you to maintain a thoughtful balance between providing support and gently challenging you, fostering empowerment and growth.

My approach is active, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I utilize a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), relational therapy, and psychodynamic approaches. Together, we'll explore how past experiences and relationships influence your present challenges, working toward meaningful, values-driven change.

With experience across diverse clinical settings—including hospital environments, private practices, and an APA-accredited doctoral internship—I bring a comprehensive perspective to my work. I am particularly passionate about supporting young adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, depression, relational issues, life transitions, eating disorders, and body image concerns. In addition to providing individual therapy, I manage intake coordination at HumanKind Psych and supervise psychology doctoral students in therapy and psychological testing.

I believe self-compassion is key to growth and healing, though I understand it can be difficult to practice. I'll help you move through those challenges, and I am committed to supporting you in your journey toward personal growth and healing.

In my personal life, I'm happiest when I'm with my partner, friends, and family. I also love going to concerts, exploring new restaurants, practicing yoga, spending time in nature, and hanging out with my dog, Meadow.
